About The Mistletoe Promise

Meet the Cast – Luke Macfarlane : Nick

A graduate of the Juilliard School’s Drama Division, Luke can currently be seen as one of the leads of the SyFy series “Killjoys” which began its second season this June. Luke also stars in the PBS/Scott Free historical civil war medical drama, “Mercy Street.” Luke has recently recurred on the NBC series “The Night Shift.” He appeared in several off- Broadway plays including “The Busy World is Hushed,” “Where Do We Live” and “Juvenilia;” and on Broadway in “The Normal Heart” (Drama Desk awarder for best ensemble). Luke made his feature film debut in Bill Condon’s “Kinsey.” Additional TV credits include “Smash,” “Person Of Interest,” “Supreme Courtships,” FX’s “Over There,” “Supergirl” and Robert Altman’s “Tanner And Tanner.” Luke is best known for his starring role as Scotty on ABC’s “Brothers And Sisters.”

He returned to the theatre in the world premiere of “Reverberations” at Hartford Stage. Additional regional theatre credits include the one person show “Sam Bendrix at The Bon Soir” at the Pittsburgh City Theatre and La Jolla Playhouse and also the Arena stages remount of “The Normal Heart.”
